And all too often, he witnessed struggling businesses that lacked the knowledge and guidance to navigate their circumstances successfully, but he found his hands were tied with how much he could help. So, after 20 years with the institution, he formed the California Turnaround Group to lead businesses back from financial challenges and into success.
